These terms govern use of the VITA ARCANA website. Ticket purchases are additionally governed by the Event Ticket Terms.

Organiser

[Legal name, trade name, AFM, registered address, contact details]. Technology provided by Reservify.

Independence

VITA ARCANA is an independent event organiser. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Deree – The American College of Greece, and no university name, logo or endorsement is implied.

Priority list

Joining the priority list gives early notice of releases. It does not reserve or guarantee a ticket.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, automate purchases, resell tickets in breach of the Event Ticket Terms, or forge or copy tickets.

Governing law

Greek law. [Competent courts / consumer dispute resolution body per legal advice].
