Event ticket terms

Last updated 5 November 2026

DRAFT (event-terms-2026-11-draft-1) — to be reviewed by the organisers' accountant/legal adviser before ticket sales open. Tickets are not on sale until this is finalised.

Seller

Tickets are sold by [legal seller name, AFM, registered address]. Payment is processed by Stripe. A fiscal receipt/invoice is issued [per the accountant's confirmed myDATA workflow]and is separate from the admission ticket.

Tickets and admission

Each ticket carries a unique QR code admitting one person, once. The first successful scan is final; later scans of the same code — including screenshots or copies — are refused. Keep your ticket private.

Tickets are issued only once payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

Age and identification

The minimum age is set per event and shown on the event page. Valid photo ID is required; entry may be refused without it, without refund.

Right of admission

The organiser and venue may refuse entry or remove guests for safety, intoxication, or breach of venue rules. [Venue-specific conditions, once a venue is confirmed].

Refunds and cancellation

[Refund policy per legal advice]. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders are refunded the ticket price to the original payment method. Refunded tickets are invalidated automatically.

Changes

Material changes (date, venue, cancellation) are communicated by email to ticket holders.
